The polymer PE plastic sleeper boasts a 50-year ultra-long lifespan, resisting extreme corrosive environments. It can bear a load of 12 tons while remaining as light as a feather. With its "回" (loop-shaped) design that balances strength and weight, it reinvents reliable support for rail transit, warehousing logistics, and industrial equipment.

I. Material Characteristics

High Strength and Lightweight

Made from polymer polyethylene (PE) as the base material, it is formed through precise extrusion or injection molding processes. The internal hollow structure ensures load-bearing capacity while significantly reducing self-weight.

For example, sleepers in specifications such as 100×100mm, 120×120mm, and 150×150mm are available with customizable lengths, capable of bearing 5–12 tons, making them suitable for supporting heavy equipment.

Corrosion and Weather Resistance

PE material exhibits extremely strong chemical stability, resisting corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, seawater, and other corrosive media. Even in long-term use in humid, high-salt-fog, or strong acid-alkali environments, it will not rot, rust, or suffer structural damage.

It adapts to extreme temperature ranges from -40°C to 70°C, with excellent UV and aging resistance, ensuring a service life of over 50 years.

Impact Resistance and Vibration

With a moderate elastic modulus, it effectively cushions vibrations from train operation or heavy equipment impacts while reducing noise pollution.

The hollow structure further enhances thermal insulation performance, adapting to complex climatic conditions such as rain, snow, and high temperatures.

Loop-Shaped Reinforcement Design

The cross-section adopts a "loop-shaped" or "grid-shaped" reinforcement structure, reducing weight while enhancing compressive strength and avoiding the bulkiness of traditional solid sleepers.
