High-Density Polyethylene rods, also referred to as HDPE or PE300 rods, have great impact strength, even at temperatures as low as -30ºC. Together with a low coefficient of friction and ease of fabrication, High-Density Polyethylene rods are widely used in automotive, leisure and industrial applications and are particularly suitable for the fabrication of tanks, silos, hoppers etc.

High-Density Polyethylene rods are also known as HDPE rods, PE300 rods, or PE300 grade polyethylene. High-Density Polyethylene rods are easily welded and great for machining. High-Density Polyethylene rods have a limited working temperature of +90ºC.
