Flame retardant and anti-static ground protection mats for coal industry

Material:

The flame-retardant antistatic ground protection mats mainly uses polymer composite materials, such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), and is modified by adding flame retardants and antistatic agents.

Feartures:

Flame retardancy: It can inhibit combustion or extinguish itself when exposed to open flames, prevent the spread of flames, and reduce the risk of fire.

Antistatic property: The surface resistance is controlled within the range of 10⁶-10¹¹Ω, which can quickly conduct static electricity and avoid explosion caused by static electricity accumulation.

High strength and wear resistance: The tensile strength is ≥27MPa, and the wear resistance is 3-5 times that of ordinary steel plates, and it can bear 20-50 tons of equipment pressure.
